-APAN 2003 will be held in conjunction with *The 3rd PRAGMA Workshop.
-Deadline for presentation slides: January 10, 2003.
- Participants who need a visa should register as soon as possible to start visa processing. It is recommended that the visa application be made before 12/20.
- 3rd PRAGMA registrants are welcome to join APAN Conference, workshops and meetings in Fukuoka without APAN registration.

- There are a couple of other meetings scheduled around APAN/PRAGMA 2003 conference as below:

	1/20	APRUNet Meeting "All APAN members interested in attending the APRUNet meeting, please pre-register by sending an email request to <zita@isi.edu>. The meeting will be open for APAN attendees from 14:00-17:00."
